All cakes are covered in fondant to create a finished appearance. There is a layer of buttercream under the fondant with the option of using ganache instead of buttercream.
You may choose up to 3 choices of cake filling for each cake tier. We will advise you towards the best combination.
Some of the sculpted cakes will require a specific cake flavor, we will advise you what will work better for your design.
Fresh Fruit which could be added to the cake at an additional charge: Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or cherries.
A variety of Nuts which could be added to the cake: Hazelnuts, pecans, peanuts, walnuts.

Cake pops: small cake truffle covered in chocolate on a lollipop stick. The cake pop may be displayed with a stick going up from the little pop and we refer to it stick up, may be placed on a platter or plate. The cake pop may be displayed in a cake pop stand or a little vase filled with some candies or sugar and we refer to it as sticks down.
