Japanese Cherry blossom wedding cake.
Past weekend Daria and Michael tied the knot. We have created this gorgeous white wedding cake with hand piped lace, cherry blossoms and a Japanese Fan.
The bottom tier was textured and decorated with Japanese fan. The middle tier was double height and decorated with hand piped lace, back of the cake had a design of corset. The top tier was wrapped around with Japanese sakura.
The cake flavors were meringue cake with caramel and walnuts, champagne cake with black currant mousse and vanilla cake with passion fruit mousse.
We also created the cake pops for dessert table and cookies as place cards.
